All Factor meals are delivered fresh so that you can enjoy them within minutes. We deliver them in insulated boxes to keep the meals at a safe temperature throughout transportation. You simply place the meals in the fridge and put them in the oven or microwave to heat them to the desired temperature when you're ready to eat.
Are my ready-made meals frozen?
No, Factor meals are never frozen. Your meals are delivered in insulated boxes designed to keep them at the right temperature during transportation. We recommend that you put them in the fridge after you receive them.
Do I have to choose a specific menu for my order?
No, you can choose different meals from any menu to enjoy a great variety in your lunch boxes. You will never get bored. You can choose to stick to a preferred menu that suits your dietary preferences or vary a little each week. Our menu changes weekly, and you can easily check the ingredients of each meal on the menu to determine if it's for you.
