How to download the Factor app?

You can download the Factor app for free from either the App Store or Google Play Store.

What can I do with the Factor app?

Firstly, the app provides a good overview of your subscription. You can clearly see when your deliveries will be made, your different meals for each week and the dates your deliveries will be made. You can also change ready meals in the app and swap meals as you wish. As long as it is done before the deadline.

Can I skip a delivery in the app?

You can easily skip a delivery. The app gives you a great overview of all your orders. You can change your deliveries and skip a week. Make sure you do it well before your menu starts cooking.

Will my meals be delivered frozen?

No, Factor ready meals are always delivered fresh. Meals are delivered in insulated boxes that are cold and designed to keep food at the right temperature during transportation. As soon as the ready meals are delivered to you, you are advised to put them in the fridge as soon as possible.

What is included in my Factor order?

Every week, you'll get delicious ready-to-heat meals delivered to your door. Each meal is pre-cooked, so all you have to do is pop it in the microwave or oven and follow the specific instructions for the meal.
