How to pause or cancel your subscription with Factor

You can easily pause your lunch boxes whenever you want in your account. Would you rather cancel your membership altogether? You can do this very easily by following these steps:  

1. Go to the Factor website and log in to your account
2. Click on your name at the top right of the screen and select "Settings"
3. Scroll down and select "Cancel membership"
4. We will send you a confirmation message.

How do I cancel a Factor subscription?

We're glad to hear you're considering a subscription to Factor! Factor meals are designed to meet your nutritional and energy goals. When ordering, you can choose from different diet types or menus such as vegetarian, pescetarian, keto, protein-focused meals and low calorie focused meals (max 550 per meal) or chef's choice. It is also possible to mix and match between the different directions. These preferences are used to allow us to meet your requirements on what you want in your meals.  

Factor uses a flexible subscription that you can cancel at any time. Once you have created an account, you can easily unsubscribe in your account settings. You do this in the following way:  

1. Log in to your account and click on your name at the top right of the screen. 
2. Select settings and scroll down, click on "Cancel subscription".  

With Factor's flexible subscription, you can even skip meals for a week and start your subscription again the following week.

Whether you're out of town or want to take a break from Factor ready-made meals, you can always pause your subscription and skip your weekly deliveries. You do this in the following way:  

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on "My menu"
3. Select the delivery day for the week or weeks you want to skip and then click on "Skip week".  

The app gives you a good overview of your upcoming weeks and allows you to plan your different dinners.

Until then, you can read how to cancel your Factor subscription here:  

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner and then click 'Account Settings.
3. Cancel your subscription.
4. Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription to ready meals.  

You will see a message confirming that your account has been closed. Please make sure you pause or cancel at least five days before your next scheduled midnight delivery so that Factor can notify various suppliers. Please note that Factor cannot process cancellations requested after the cutoff date. Unfortunately, you are responsible for all fees for orders already processed.
